It is pneumatically operated and is a small and cost-effective machine for manually washing water-based paint from spray guns and small objects.
The instruments, located on the front section, make it easy to use. The spray-washer is fitted with a small pump and sprayer that draw the clean water from a container located at the bottom of the machine and a second sprayer for final washing that is connected to the company’s water supply. A blowing gun then cleans and dries the guns and washed pieces.
SEPARATING THE PAINT FROM THE WATER:The stainless steel washing tank has an internal system that mixes the dirty water with flocculating powder. The water and coagulated colour deposits are then discharged by a valve in the kit’s filter bag, where the solid particles are separated from the water particles. The filtered water can be re-used for washing.
